There Is A Light Foundation

Our mission

There Is A Light Foundation is dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and

enabling individuals who have a high potential for success and achievement but lack access to the financial resources necessary to achieve their goals. To advance our mission, we created a program entitled There Is A Light.

 

The purpose of the scholarship program is intended to support educational opportunities that will foster and enhance leadership skills, confidence, and professional development.

We provide financial assistance between the amounts of $2,500-$5,000 to individuals to cover educational expenses and professional license training courses to help get to them to the next level in their career including career programs such as:

​

  • Undergraduate degree programs

  • Bar exam preparation courses for recent law school graduates

  • Nursing degree preparation courses

  • Graduate school degree programs

  • Professional certification courses
